How to return or exchange a product:
You will notify us about the return or exchange of the product through email, after getting confirmation from our side gather the purchases you want to return, along with the original contents and packaging, our rider will pick up the product from the same address on which we delivered the product.
Return and exchange period:
If you want to return or exchange your purchase, please know that the time period begins the day you receive your product.

Refund and Return method:
With a few exceptions, we will reimburse you for returned items in the same way you paid for them. If you prefer, you can make an exchange for the same item.
For returns by mail, once we receive your return, we will process it within 7 business days. Depending on your payment method, it may take up to 10 days to refund your amount.
Return or exchange charges:
Our nationwide charges for return or exchange are Rs.100-170, depending on your location from our warehouse.
SPECIAL CONSIDERATION:
Damaged or defective items
If you receive a product that is damaged in shipping, defective, or that is not the product you ordered, please return it during your return and exchange time period to Best Buy and we’ll arrange for a replacement.
Product accessories and packaging
Please return items with all accessories and packaging. If you do not, we may either deny the return.
Bundle offers and free items
If you received a discount or free item by purchasing multiple items together, you will lose that benefit if you do not return all items purchased
